Other routes
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you can contact the Charity Commission for England and Wales. It does not usually investigate individual complaints about a charity’s service, but it can consider concerns about how a charity is run. [Trustees to confirm wording.]
Urgent help
GFY Shelters does not offer emergency accommodation or an emergency-relief service. For urgent housing assistance, contact your local council. Call 999 if there is immediate danger.
